I really hope Ukraine doesn't make the mistake they've made before back in 2014, where they made some strong advances, but then ended up pushing too far and got encircled.  

It seems to me the Russians are the ones at risk of being encircled, in multiple places.

Agreed, the Ukrainian military has come a long way since 2014, they have had their flaws and failures, but what they have done during this entire war will be taught in history books for a long time.
