Regarding stopping the attacks on Kharkiv-

Not sure if Ukraine would use HIMARS to hit targets in Russia, but even so the evaporation of Russian positions in Kharkiv west of the Oskil will allow Ukrainian tube artillery to hit these sites. Russian artillery may need to pull back out of range of Kharkiv city.

Time to break out the Excalibur shells? Probably want most precision munitions possible when re-taking occupied territory, to minimize damage to civilian infrastructure.

Of course, Ukraine probably can now use air power to deliver some hurt too, right?
