The recent rumor, sourced from Russian sources as well, is that Davydiv Brid is now contested. I think this is a key strategic point East of the Inhulets river, and could have a domino effect in the North East Kherson region.
RE Russia negotiating surrender in Kherson: I hope it's going on, we shall see, but Russia attempted 2 attacks yesterday, so it makes me question it a bit. That being said, Russia also attacked in two locations north of Kharkiv on September 10th, when the writing was on the wall, so who can tell for sure.
