Okay I think the reason this might take years is because this aid package is coming from the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, not the Pentagon or presidential drawdown authority, so this is more for long term security, similar to the 3 billion package on their independence day. I'm not quite sure how all that works, or if the rules are set in stone. One thing I also wonder about is that Lend Lease act for 2022, apparently it's based on a fiscal year, so it should start October 1st, anybody have any idea what that means? Will we see a larger supply of stored weapons be delivered, or will we not see much of a change?
