I don't think anybody knows definitively the size of the warhead on these drone ships. They are large enough to carry a lot of explosives. Similar sized explosive motorboats were used by the Italians to sink the cruiser York in WW2.

Russia has had a few days to show some proof of life photos and we still have seen nothing.
