They will not be able or willing to put up much of a fight and just clogging the roads won't be enough to prevent a Ukrainian force from cutting through them and capturing the river crossings.
Hell yeah.
This retreat, if it actually happens, will also tell us a lot about the Ukrainian military and their abilities to push the Russians and achieve their goals. Just taking what they were given by Russian incompetence isn't going to win them the war.
