The standoff range makes sense, but in this scenario with a fully retreating enemy, you'd think they'd get a bit more aggressive. I think the ISW map is outdated, as we now have a lot of towns visually confirmed to be liberated that are listed in red, and other much closer settlements rumored to be liberated (Chornobaivka & Mylove), but that being said, it would still take time for AFU to move their big guns to those cities anyway.
