We are so deep that we should be able to run other teams ragged.  If our bigs run the floor, we can keep fresh legs on the floor and wear out Boston.

This should be (and is) our strategy.  However, South Carolina has some depth, with 6'7" Camilla Cardosa backing up Boston.

Well . . . I don't think that should be your strategy against SCar. We have a bit more than "some" depth. Our two teams are the deepest at Post and forward of any teams in the nation.

Our returning front court is Boston at post and Saxton at SF. Returning starter at wing is Beal, the defensive specialist who can guard a forward or a guard. So, no change.

Cardosa can come in at either post or strong forward. 6-4 RS Junior, Latecia Amihere, is also available to play any position from point guard to post though she usually backs up Beal at SF. Behind her are 6-4 sophomore Sania Feagan (#3 prospect in 2021 class) or 6-3 frosh Ashlyn Watkins (McDonalds AA slam dunk champ).

You aren't going to run our front court ragged. Basically, our two superb front courts should nullify each other.

You should be able to beat us at home with your guards. Cook is good at shooting guard, but Jones is better. Our PGs are our weakness. One is a transfer, the other a redshirt frosh. Both sat out last year with injuries and neither is 100% yet. Gigantic Amihere has the most experience of game time point guard in our  system. Henderson's departure limits the ability to press you like we did last year.

I fully expect y'all to win on your home court with your advantage at guard. My only hope is that by season's end we can nullify your backcourt advantage.

I won't wish you luck, but let us all pray that it is an  injury free contest. I'm certainly thrilled that our coaches and schools have committed to this series and hope it remains a part of our schedules for years to come. Also "certainly" I'm not going to wish you luck with JuJu.
Will your fanbase fill up the arena for this 1/2 matchup? Does it have a tradition of loudness?

I also agree with your assessment that both teams's uncertainties are our point guard play.  What I think we at Stanford are discovering is that our point guard play this year is looking to be significantly better than last year, and since your team really took advantage of us on that score a year ago that could bode well for us.  But you also have youngsters stepping up who may prove themselves in their first big game, so it is going to be a lot of fun to see the player development on both teams.

On depth in the paint, yes you are deep, but we are ridiculously deep to the point I am not sure whether can get all our talent into the game.  Iriafen has blossomed compared to last year, we have the #1 recruit in 6'7" Betts, and they join Belibi and Prechtel and versatile Demetre at 6'3".  And that is addition to that all-American named Brink.  All that depth may or may not prove to be an advantage for us depending on how closely called the game is and how fast its pace.  Probably none of these players are 1 vs. 1 up to Boston's caliber--but who is?--so I imagine Tara will try to figure out a way to use them in waves. 

As for the atmosphere in Maples--South Carolina has been here before.  Tara helped Dawn out when she was getting started with a couple of home and aways, so this is not the first time around.  Maples seats about 7000 and I am not sure whether it will sell out or not.  Stanford is actually a fairly small university in terms of undergraduate population and since our alums go worldwide it has a limited alumni base in driving distance.  In past years we used to sell out for UConn and Tennessee, so we will see if South Carolina helps us get there again.  As far as loudness--our fan base tends to be older, so probably a little less rowdy, but Maples is a big concrete box and is capable of being loud.

And finally, we also hope for an injury-free contest, and year.  Injuries are the biggest blight on WBB--as UConn, Oregon, and Arizona can attest already this year.  It would be perfect if South Carolina and Stanford stay healthy enough to play each other twice this year!
