As we all know and have been writing about, attendance is a problem. Looking forward to the upcoming games -- starting with S Carolina after tonight at Cal Poly SLO, I continue to be pessimistic about our attendance. Getting butts in the seats is a challenge, and we all need to do what we can to help. Bring friends to games, tell people about how much fun it is to come to these games, etc. But also critical, when you have tix and are unable to use them, do what you can to get them to someone else. One of the big problems is that so many good seats are held by season ticket holders who don't come. There are lots of ways to lay off tickets -- give to others, sell on stubhub, etc., donate back to Stanford, etc.  

I think it would be great if a few days before each game, all season ticket holders got an email saying, we hope to see you there, but if you can't make it, here's what you can do to make your ticket available to someone else.
