And, 81Alum, I think Tara's first priority is the health and safety of the team.

I thought about the order after I posted--but it is a balance, of course.  You could keep everyone completely safe by forfeiting every game and not putting anyone on the court.  So I think she (and most coaches) want to minimize risks while still playing to win.  That would be a better way of putting it than an ordinal list as I did. 

I do think Tara puts more of an emphasis on safety than some coaches, and has ever since 1998.
