It is possible, but I doubt it. These drones are pretty easy (relatively speaking) to detect and big enough they leave identifiable fragments. The nature of the attacks at Engels was known almost in real time. Saki is still a "mystery". OTOH we have seen these drones easily detected when used, even if after the fact from debris.
