This article confirms that the US will be supplying combined-arms training to groups of 500 Ukrainian troops in Germany. This indicates that by June, if not before, Ukraine will have some kind of striking force that can move with both speed and power. I would not be surprised if the training duration was on the order of two months long, and that Ukraine would also have to do some exercises afterwords in Ukraine to ensure they were "ready". Maybe it can be done faster, but I kind of doubt it.
The 500 troop class size is slightly smaller that a "typical" US Army battalion. That isn't really enough to form an effective striking force. You would need four to six such classes amalgamated together to form a regiment. That regiment would have to train as a unit, which would further delay it's IOC. I am not sure what the prospective organizational unit will be in Ukraine. It might be a battalion sized unit, but the Russians have amply demonstrated that is probably too small to operate on it's own. We shall see what evolves.
