When was the last time Brink was 2/10?

Have you forgotten the Arizona game a couple of weeks ago when Brink was 3/15 and took 6 3-pointers and made none of them.  That is the game plan to defend Stanford.  Make Brink shoot a lot of 3's.

We are losing 19-24 at halftime.

Our offense was better in the second quarter, scoring 15, but after a 4-pt first quarter, it wouldn't take much to have an improvement.

Brink is our leading scorer at 7 points, but she is ice cold from the field (2/10) and as a team, we are shooting under 30%. We've cleaned up the turnovers, limiting ourselves to just one after coughing it up six times in the first 10 mins. of the game.

We were doing pretty well defensively until USC scored 5 quick points including a buzzer beater to expand the lead at half, but giving up 24 points in a half is not a hemorrhaging defense.

Win or lose this game, opposing coaches have found an Achilles' heel to our offense and Tara will need to spend the week finding countermeasures or else we could be going through this every game.

I disagree, Fran just makes it worse.

Who would make it better?

Leave Demetre in.  And have only one of Jones or Lepolo on the floor and replace with Nivar or Prechtel.

OK with me. But just about anything would be an improvement.
