Agreed with Goose, time is not on Ukraine's side. AFAIK, Russia continues to deport/traffick Ukrainian civilians into the remote recesses of Russian geography while eroding civilian infrastructure with waves of missile strikes. Even if the casualty ratio between Ukrainian and Russian troops is 1:10, who would bet against the sheer numbers of troops that Russia can eventually (if painfully) mobilize? And continued war crimes against ethnic Ukrainians in contested regions merely increases the likelihood of political unrest even if those areas are retaken by Ukraine. I'm just not feeling a victory unless the West acts decisively sooner rather than later. If we're not doing our best, Ukrainian blood is surely on our hands as well, and they may quietly resent our reluctance to act sooner.
