My suspicion is that China's assistance will be minor at best. If they were going to aid the Soviet Union Russia in a substantive way, they would have done it in a deniable, clandestine fashion like Iran. In fact, I wonder if any of the other pariah states have already done so.

North Korea has.  So that's like 2/3 of the axis of evil.

I don't know what China will do, but I am guessing we are doing what we can to keep China's involvement minimal.  I think the bigger issue than China sending weapons is China enabling Russia to make weapons, by sending components like semiconductors.
