Oregon, Washington, Stanford, and Cal better figure something out quick. You can't be viable as a conference if 6 of your 12 teams leave.

I doubt Washington has much to worry about.   They have the most robust football season ticket numbers in the conference and decent support in by citizens in the state.   Their campus is also close to a major hub which helps a lot for those sports that don't enjoy charter flights all season.

Oregon has Nike and a raucous stadium environment that's great for TV.   Some conference will take them.

The rest of the Pac-12 schools (WSU, OSU, Cal and Stanford) are in trouble.  Cal and Stanford don't really deliver numbers in their media market but at least offer a nice destination for visiting fans.  And have major airports for Olympic sports teams.

WSU and OSU are clearly in jeopardy with the next round of musical chairs, but I don't love Cal or Stanford's place in this game.

If you game this out a bit, it was always quite logical that ASU, UofA, Utah and Colorado should jump before they are left in a conference without Oregon and Washington.   Their negotiating position is better now than it will be later.   Sometimes these deals include slow steps in the share of TV revenue the newbies get, so best to negotiate before it is very apparent you need a new home.
