are we sure we are now seeded ahead of utah? we were ranked below them last week, then both teams lost early in the tournament. they have 1 fewer loss.  not sure why they would drop way more than us.

Good question.  Charlie Creme certainly thinks so, but let's look at the data:

Basically, Utah does not have the strength of schedule needed.  And remember, we beat them once too, and I think Creme and the committee are not inclined to give their win over us any more weight than our win over them, given the bizarre scheduling at the end.
