More info on the current state of play in the South. Obviously, like in all cases elsewhere, the soldier's perspective is what they see locally. The "big picture" is not fleshed out for them. I do indeed hope that the Ukrainian offensive begins without either the Russians or Ukrainians fighting on that front anticipating it based on local buildups. Surprise, in so far as possible, is a big force multiplier :-)
