My guess is they will figure out whose desk that was and then we will see what happens.  Once there were stringent rules on Need to Know and handling and storage of highly classified documents.  I don't think those rules have changed, but power is everything in D.C. and access to highly classified information is a badge of power.  Want to Know is more important than Need to Know and the powers that be can get very careless handling sensitive information.  They have no regard for the impact that the disclosure of highly sensitive information can have on others.  It can be and has been the cause of needless deaths.  This kind of thing really bothers me, even today, many years after it makes any difference to me personally.  Loose lips Sink Ships as the poster said, and loose lips could get you killed.
