It was an interesting read. This concerned me
Quote:A Belarusian military news outlet claimed that Belarusian forces plan to deploy Russian tactical nuclear weapons to bases where mobile launch complexes were previously located before the withdrawal of nuclear weapons from Belarus from 1993 to 1996.
All of ISW's stuff is based information gleaned from Russian Mil Bloggers and enough of it to allow them to confirm the approximate gps locations.
I think their stuff is fairly accurate which about as good as it gets I think. The big question about Nuclear Weapons in Belarus is who will control them. I am pretty certain Putin is not giving the keys to Belarus.
Big question though is Putin willing to take things to the brink of Nuclear war to avoid losing? Would his military launch the weapons? They would know that is probably the last thing they would ever do and their country would basically disappear. Is he willing to use tactical nuclear weapons?
Questions I hope we never get the answers to.
