Agreed. The biggest impact will be to hold targets “at risk” and complicate Russian logistics, which were already complicated by the range of HIMARS. It also is a good option against hard targets like command bunkers in advance of an offensive if it is true the JDAMs are struggling.
Despite the talk about the Kerch bridge, I have trouble believing that Ukraine is receiving enough storm shadows to risk throwing them at an area with such concentrated air defense and jamming. Maybe they could coordinate something with a drone swarm to keep SAMs busy, but a smart SAM operator would ignore the drones which can’t harm a hard target and focus on the missle
