Interesting post from 2011 regarding the export version of the Storm Shadow. TLDR: it's range is likely much more than ATACMS, >250 miles, on an optimal flight path. On low altitude release and attack profile, it is perhaps shorter than ATACMS. The low altitude profile would be more difficult to intercept of course.
