Probably stating the obvious . . . or maybe hoping for what I think is obvious: Ukraine has "home field advantage" in terms of understanding weather conditions which the Germans did not have in WW2. I just have to imagine their (Ukraine's) strategies and tactics will be well informed by the realities of the seasons. I guess my fear would be that politics overcomes logic, but again I hope not.
