I don't think it's that perplexing why teams want in to the ACC. Yeah, it has problems but it's better than the cataclysm of not being in a major conference. Those here who have supported salvaging the Pac-4 with merger with minor conference teams are out to lunch. That can only be a last resort. It's almost certain death.
