Until they find the body I am not convinced he was on the flight. Even if they produce a body, unless it can be independently DNA identified, I am not convinced. Not that I don't believe Putin or any principal in the Russian military wouldn't do it, but rather that their target is no dummy and has shown the ability to disappear only to show up later. Would he actually allow his name to be on an official passenger list? All that does is announce a targeting opportunity. It may be so, but I am not yet convinced :).
