The sad thing about our thin OL for Hawaii (and the rest of the season) is that we could have had Oklahoma's starting left tackle, Michigan's starting center, and possibly Michigan's starting right tackle.

When asked about his offensive line, Harbaugh mentioned two players that have stuck out... Stanford transfer Myles Hinton has, “Come out like gangbusters,” according to Harbaugh.

Interesting given that Hinton was so heavily criticized on the Cardboard for poor play.

It may well be true that his situation at Michigan has allowed/facilitated a significant improvement in play. It is also probable he is being asked to do different things, which he may be much better at. That said, I think we all need to wait until he has played some games to decide he is markedly improved. What coaches say and what actually happens often differs.
