It wouldn't surprise me at all if Hinton has a breakout year. He had several good games last year that were buried in the rest of the team's mediocrity.
Too bad he left. He hung on for a year, and good for him for that, at least.

Hinton played in 7 games last year. According to PFF, in 3 of them he pass blocked well and in 3 he pass blocked poorly. His run blocking was mediocre or bad in every single one.

Not a subscriber to PFF. But I'd guess much of our OLine had poor run blocking scores.
Which I presume a slow mesh that takes a long time to develop and the D tees off on it, and ends in a delayed handoff to the RB who had been standing around like a deer in headlights with a "kick me" post it stuck to his helmet, and so of course tackled in the backfield for a loss, ends up a bad run block score for the OLine, who basically had no chance on that play.
