Wow!  NC State flipped.  Didn't think they had the fortitude to defy Big Brother.  Props to them.  This is great for Stanford, Cal, SMU and the ACC.  Win-Win.

NC State realized they are just UNC's booty call.  UNJ-Durham is UNC's real dance partner.

Ping me if you want to join my Stanford-BC tailgate.  I am walking distance to Alumni Stadium and the soccer and lacrosse fields are in my backyard.  I'm also looking forward to various trips around ACC-land.  Syracuse in particular so I can swing by a couple of the best breweries in the world (Fidens and Mortalis).

This does suck for the current crop of athletes but I think the travel burden will prove untenable for B1G, ACC and Big12 so this is just a life raft until the next round of realignment.
