Stanford has to do a press conference for this announcement, right? I am very eager for Yang or the interim president or Rice to face direct questions. I would hope that we hear more than just a reiteration of the press release. I really want to know more about how they plan to make the finances work.

I would be looking for a "Dear Mark" letter in the mail very soon.

If it's a Dear Mark letter inviting to a Zoom event with Bernard, I will probably skip it. We will just hear a reiteration of the press release. In 12 years of his tenure, I have never once heard a comment from him that gave me any insight. It's all pablum.
