Not a big story, but Fisher Anderson said out loud what most of us here believe.  Hope the team keeps building step by step for the rest of the season.

He's welcome to his opinion but it is also undeniable that Colorado is a much better team than they were last year.  Which of these two teams has a brighter future?  I would say Colorado, hands down.

I would say Stanford, heads up. You can't build a solid team on idolatry, braggadocio, swagger, and "I just wanna win! Lose and you're outta here."

A "solid" team, no you can't. A winning team, yes you can, at least for a while. Prime Time has the same loyalty to Colorado as he did to the players he ran off. He will do well for maybe two/three years. Then "something" will happen and he will leave, one way or another. Could be the NFL, could be someplace like A&M who will pay him a lot, or it could be something regarding his or his players conduct. All equally probable. The mess that he will leave behind might take some sorting out. He isn't in it for the "long haul".
