The Niners are a Rorschach test for their fans.

We are in trouble: 

- 2 losses in a row, only 17 PPG after scoring 30+ for 12 straight
- Purdy being exposed
- FG kicker is proving he was a waste of a 3rd rd pick
- Wilks is ruining defense
- We could go into by 5-3 with three losses in a row - start firing people!

 We are fine:

- At this time last year had a 3-4 record, then ripped off 10 straight wins
- Purdy is still the #1 most efficient passer in the NFL
- Moody hasn't missed an XP and is 11/14 FG, with no miss under 41 yards, and 2/3 50+
- Give Wilks a little more time to figure things out
- We could go into bye week 6-2, feeling really good

This is honestly the first game this season I have not been confident Niners would win. But I think this is more to do with the fact they have lost 2 in a row and not played well in those games more than it is about the team not being as good as expected. 

I have no freaking idea what to believe about the Bengals game. The Niners could lay another egg. Both teams could struggle, or the Bengals could be the egg-laying team today. It's the NFL 2023 and anything can happen. Betting on these games is certifiably insane.
