If Oregon State had Tier I media value in football, they would be in the Big10, or would have been the first team added to the Big12.  ACC attorneys seemed to have filed a complaint based upon evidence of the world as they wish it to be, not the world that is.

I'm not a lawyer, but this looks like sour grapes on FSU's part.  They're going to lose, but they may achieve their goal of stirring the pot enough to trigger more chaos and realignment.
