Manaea signed with the Mets, so that avenue is closed. Too bad, unlike all of the other Giants, he was terrible in April & May, just okay in June and July, and caught fire in August and September.

As you noted earlier, the Giants have enough #4 and #5 starting pitchers.  There was no need to add another one.  I prefer Winn and/or Beck over Manea (especially at the price NY paid)….

Note: Exception to the rule - Imanaga (who I think will be the anti-Snell, in other words, a good signing).
