Thank you for keeping us informed, even when the news is not good.

I recently read an article which concluded that Russia was on the verge of becoming a failed state. It stated that despite Russian media releases, it is losing tanks at a faster rate than it can replace them or build new ones, Graft rears it ugly head.  By their count, Russia and Ukraine are close to even in terms of tanks but Ukraine's biggest problem is its lack of air power. Russia can build fortified lines since it has not real airborne attack risk.

There's more than a few of those articles. I don't know that they're going to improve much any time soon, thanks to the recent mismanagement (on top of decades and even centuries of mismanagement).
