Coach Taylor on ACC Network today: “The average starting salary for a Stanford grad is $201,000 if they don’t go to the NFL.” I like the salesmanship, but there’s no way that is correct. He must have misunderstood the stat.  His point was that the brand is strong and the draw is undeniable for the right kind of student-athlete.  (Very reminiscent of Shaw on that talking point…)
