Question for anyone in the thread:  I keep seeing people talk about 4.2 billion in unused presidential draw down Authority.  I'm assuming this goes back to an audit done about a year ago that found the accounting was off, and overstated the amount the president had authorized.  With the long pause in aid, I've now seen a rumor that Biden will use this 4.2 billion now.  Is this legit?  I always assumed that the 4.2 billion was a fake number, if Biden thought he could use it, I assume he would've.  Maybe this is a grey area, and he didn't want to use this amount for fears that he'd be attacked for overstepping his authority, but maybe with the holdup in the house with new aid, he's changed his tune?
