A roster this year with the #1 and #2 recruits in 2022 plus enough surrounding talent to compete with any team in the country. They bow out in the Sweet 16. Her accomplishments don’t impress me with the resources and roster she has.

I think, while we all can have excuses, this was a exceptionally tough Sweet 16 match-up for any 2 seed. I think LSU, yes, has that moxy, that edge and star power at the end of the day that perhaps UCLA does not. And yes, that is also reflective of Kim Mulkey. Like her or hate her, you can't deny that she's is a fierce competitor and not afraid to do whatever it takes to win and that will have me rooting for her team against Iowa.
