Now they are really getting creative in Ukraine, launching balloon after balloon of various types and purposes. Some armed with moarter type warheads and roughly state of the art of electronics to keep them on track, other with radar reflecting arrays. I presume they want to make the balloon look more sinister. Hard not to root for a group that hasn't quite and has proven to be very creative with limited resources.
