In one of the Fever articles,  Dijonai Carrington was highlighted for smothering Caitlin Clark with her D.

DiJonai really did an exceptional job on Clark — and she led her team in scoring for the majority of her game as well.  Clark was really only effective after DiJonai went out with a cramping issue.

i loved watching dijonai. really unfortunate that haley jones came in at the same position. i presume dijonai inferred correctly that she would get much more playing time at baylor. dijonai almost beat uconn in the 2021 round of 8. she was the baylor leading scorer with 22 and should have gotten 2 free throws when she was clearly fouled by 2 uconn players at the last second with baylor down by 1
