Has an extra base hit in 8 straight games, only one other Giant has done that, rookie Hack Wilson exactly 100 years ago. Casey Schmidt 1/1; Yaz 2/4, Ramos, 2/5. New hitter Derek Hill went 1/4, new pitcher Baumann gave up two runs in 2/3rds of an inning. Throws a good fastball, very funky knuckle curve that he bounced a lot. Former Cy Young winner Snell goes tomorrow vs. the Rockies.
