BobK is the expert but in my view, that was the best race of Fisher's life! About 10 seconds slower than his PR but what a brilliant race, and the last lap showed his superb conditioning. I think Fisher is the first US men's medalist in the 10K since Galen Rupp. And the Stade de France was roaring with noise for the entire race.
