While the Ukrainian army continues its push into Russia, it seems Ukraine may get some negative publicity, especially in Europe.

BBC indicates unconfirmed rumors are that an arrest warrant has been issued for a Ukrainian diver for planting the explosives.that blew up the Russian Nord Stream pipelines in the Baltic Sea in 2022.   Assuming the rumors are true, it will be interesting to me to see how Ukraine reacts.  I suspect they will honor the warrant.
