None of the transfers (post Shaw) are on NFL teams?

Walter Rouse was the only one drafted (Vikings R6). Drake Nugent (UDFA) on the 49ers. Ryan Sanborn (UDFA) was just cut from the Falcons. [Austin Jones and Nathaniel Peat (both UDFAs, both not invited to the NFL Combine, both likely to be cut) are not Stanford graduates, though technically not post-Shaw transfers.]

There are a couple guys still in school for their 6th years so TBD, but overall it's very clear that the post-Shaw transfer exodus was a horde of veteran college players (many solid at the college level, but some not)...and not NFL-level talent.

How about Scarlett, perhaps the only living kal alum to have played in the Rose Bowl game?

He hasn't been on a team in 2 years.
