Is there any way to send arms and munitions to Ukraine without announcing it publicly?  I feel like public announcements are what stokes Putin's ire and what tempts Russian declarations of retaliation.  Quiet, massive aid would go a long way toward helping Ukraine without putting the US in the limelight as the "actual" opponent of Russia, as they would have their populace believe.
