I had refrained from talking about most of this for a couple of reasons. First, I wasn't sure what I could and couldn't say. Citing the article means I don't have to say anything :-). From the article one can conclude that the US military possess effective anti-jam capabilities. Some of the equipment we have/had is referenced. Exactly what we have now is not. What we see in Ukraine is not necessarily typical of what our standard of practice may be. The article is "old". There are probably no secrets there. Second, I figured the "details" weren't of interest to most people :-).
