Your periodic reminder that head football coaches are hired to win football games and not for their insight at press conferences. There have been some good ones, but by and large coaches do their best to string together a bunch of cliches intended to avoid providing bulletin board material to the other team, creating morale problems on their own team, giving up too much info on gameplan, or otherwise getting them into hot water with key stakeholders.
