Agree. The sourcing on North Korean capabilities is very "thin". South Korean intelligence of course tries to get as much information as possible but even that is very limited. All we can do is wait and see. The uncertainty is exacerbated by the North Koreans and Russians not really having clear executable plans themselves and often having to improvise, sometimes successfully, sometimes not.
