I quick relooked. Bloom is in the box a step before the PK. Ref misses it, so that is 2 goals the ref had a. Hand in. But Stanford just watched as well. You have 4 Kal players closest to the ball on the rebound. That can’t happen. Craig can’t push the ball in front of the goal like that either. Not a good day for her.
Agree that the Stanford players were all too passive. Seems like they didn't expect Craig to make the save so didn't rush in like they should have. I don't blame Craig for not parrying the ball to the side. I feel like the likelihood of a save is so low that if the GK can block the initial kick, it's on teammates to clear the rebound. She definitely wants the first Cal goal back though.
