Yes, of course they do. Stanford, at 3-2 in MPSF play, sits alone in 2nd place in MPSF West. That seeds them 3rd at the MSPF tourney (at UCLA). They will likely face USC in the MPSF semis. Stanford has beaten USC (2-3) twice this season. Cal is 1-4 with the win over Stanford.
Based on history, it seems a good bet that the MPSF West teams (seeds 1, 3, 5, 7) will beat the MPSF East teams (seeds 2,4,6,8,9). The game labelled "Game 9: West semifinal" will likely be Stanford vs USC. If Stanford wins Game 9, they are in Game 15 "West championship". If Stanford loses Game 9, they would play in Game 13 "West 3rd place", likely against Cal.
Last year, 3 MPSF West teams went to the NC championship. I'm assuming there is no reason that won't happen this year (but I don't really know).
If Stanford makes it to the finals of the MPSF tourney, they will be one of the teams in the NC championship. If they win the 3rd place game, they should make it to the NC championships (possible exception is if UCLA isn't one of the top 2 teams). If Stanford loses the 3rd place game, then there is still a chance they could be invited to the NC tournament (seems unlikely, but Stanford is hosting).
