Our game management and inability to run a decent inbounds play did. That, and a defense that decided to let one of their players shoot without any guarding… apparently kind of like what we were doing tonight.

To be fair, one reason why we struggled running the inbounds play is that the player that was supposed to receive the ball was getting mugged.

At what point does the team know which refs are scheduled for the game? Days before, or whenever they show up? While ideally the team could adjust on the fly, it's probably hard to do with a "youngish" team (and in a new league at that).
